SECTION 24 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (STRICT VERSION)

We want you to love every item you order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at contact@harmonicflowclothingco.com with your order number and a photo.

  • Non-Returnable Items (Will Not Be Accepted):

    • Skincare, hair tools, undergarments (unless defective/damaged/wrong)

    • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

    • Custom/personalized products

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    • Sale items and gift cards

  • Customer-Paid Returns:

    • Unless the item is defective/damaged/wrong, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    • Return shipping labels must be purchased by the customer if required.

  • Exchanges:

    • To exchange, return your item first (following policy above) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

    • EU customers may cancel within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original, unworn, unused condition with tags and packaging. Receipt/proof of purchase is required.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds issued after item verification within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days pass, contact contact@harmonicflowclothingco.com.
