Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every item you order! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the item. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Have tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items (unless damaged or defective):

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Tip: We can provide a return label, but the shipping cost will be billed to the customer at drop-off unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds or store credits are issued after the returned item is inspected.

  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item for a refund or store credit, and then place a new order for the desired item.


Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.


European Union Customers

  • If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.

  • Items must meet the same eligibility criteria above.
