• Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

• To start a return, please email us at contact@harmonicflowclothingco.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

• We may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, at our discretion.

• Please include pictures of the items — sometimes we may need a bit more information to ensure your return is handled smoothly.

• We kindly ask that return shipping costs be covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

• Once we receive and review your return, we’ll process it within 5–7 business days.
